"Eat suhoor for in suhoor there is blessing"

Bismillah: The Prophet (sallalla hu alahi wasallam) said: “Eat suhoor for in suhoor there is blessing.” [Bukhari & Muslim]. 

[The Blessing of Suhoor] The person who eats suhoor gets up at the end of the night to remember Allaah, make du’aa’ and pray, for that is when prayers are answered and it is the time when Allaah and angels send blessings upon those who eat suhoor as our beloved Prophet (pbuh) said:

“Suhoor is a blessed meal, so do not omit it, even if one of you only takes a sip of water, for Allaah and His angels send blessings on those who eat suhoor.” [Ahmad]. AllahuAkbar!!!
