1. Rotate Players
Give everybody chance to play. Rotate players between games.

2. Have different formations
So far this season, I have only seen he used 4-5-1 formation, means only one striker. It hard to penetrate the defence when you have 1 striker only. Two strikers mean more aerial targets when crossing.

Maybe could try formations below and rotate these two. Use first team when have important or difficult games and use second team when have easier or least important matches .

Diaby and flamini have to play as centre backs or else call back djourou. 

3. Let the older guys and the lads who have been at the club for a long time be the captain

For example, vermaelen or mertesacker for the first team and rosicky for the second team. 

4. Have different tactics
Use different tactics against different teams. With that, the opponents would get confuse and have no idea what tactics he would use against them.

5. Get viviano, sanogo and miyaichi involve in the game

6. Change tactics and formations during the games
This also to confuse the opponents. Let the lads who are flexible (can play at different positions) swap position at times during the game.
