Gameplay nampak lebih detail dari FIFA sebelum ini. Antara yang baru ialah kamera belakang gol, cameraman tepi padang, pengadil sembur benda putih tu masa freekick. Tapi yang lawaknya masa freekick last tu keeper masih boleh pula langgar tembus tiang gol tepi tu.

Kisah Fifa World Saya

Hari ini team saya, Gooners (berbaju kuning away Arsenal) telah berlawan dengan satu team yang berjersi hitam away Galatasaray dalam FUT League mode. Perlawanan sengit ini berlangsung dalam keadaan hujan.

Mula-mula team lawan score melalui rembatan deras Aguero dari luar kotak penalti. Tidak lama lepas itu, team saya menyamakan kedudukan 1-1 melalui rembatan Giovinco yang terbias dengan kaki Kompany dan kemudian menerjah ke dalam gawang gol.

Kemudian, team lawan score lagi melalui Aguero. Selepas itu, team saya menyamakan kedudukan menjadi 2-2 melalui Giovinco lagi.

Kemudian Aguero menanduk masuk gol menjadikan kedudukan 3-2. Pada minit ke-86, Giovinco mendapat bola, berlari dan merembat dan GOOLLL!!!! (lihat gol tersebut di bawah). Tamat perlawanan, kedudukan seri 3-3. Alhamdulillah. Ini adalah antara perlawanan yang menarik pernah saya main.

Review - Wii Mini

The good: The Wii Mini is compact and very affordable, and the bundle's price is only a few dollars more than some of its components would cost if purchased separately.

The bad: No online functionality means you won't be able to play downloadable retro Wii games or watch Netflix; it can't connect to HDMI ports, and can't display HD video; original Wii can be found for just a bit more, or even less if purchased used.

The bottom line: The bare-bones Wii Mini gets rid of many Wii features to just focus on playing disc games, but the stripped-down experience isn't worth the savings.

Dah x perlu guna remote control. Tapi konsol ini perlukan internet dan mungkin sesetengah features hanya ada di USA dan negara2 tertentu je. Boleh juga video chat dgn rakan anda di TV. The good: The Wii U offers a unique two-screen gaming experience on a tablet controller dubbed the GamePad. It's the first-ever HD Nintendo gaming system that offers gameplay for up to five people on select games. The Wii U is also fully backward compatible with old Wii games and controllers. Off-TV play on select games allows for placeshifting play without the need for a TV.

The bad: Some OS loading times are too long, and the GamePad has a very short battery life. The built-in storage may not be enough for those who plan on downloading a lot of games. The Wii U graphics are only just about on par with current-generation games on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Playing some Wii U games can be awkward and requires getting used to in general. Having to look away from the screen on some games can be uncomfortable or disorienting. Nintendo TVii feels incomplete and doesn't do a great job of organizing your TV viewing experience.

The bottom line: Despite some clever dual-screen gaming mechanics, the Wii U's lack of compelling exclusive software and an overall unpolished user experience make it tough to recommend in its current state.

p/s: well, if you want a console with the best and awesome resolution, then Wii is not for you. Better wait for the next gen of PS or XBOX to come out. Wii maybe good for kids and for fun.

Study: 89 percent of parents believe game violence a problem

Common Sense Media survey finds majority of parents nationwide have issues with levels of violence in games; 84 percent took issue with Hitman: Absolution ad.

A new study commissioned by Common Sense Media has found that 89 percent of parents across the United States believe violence in today's video games is a problem. In addition, the survey concluded that 75 percent of parents found it difficult to shield their children from violence in media.

As part of the study, parents were shown a video advertisement (below) for Hitman: Absolution, with 84 percent saying it was inappropriate to show on television during a time when children could see it.

One question asked if parents thought violence in video games could lead to violence in the real world, to which 75 percent responded saying yes, with 17 percent saying no, and 8 percent saying they were not sure.

Another question on the survey asked parents if they thought violence in contemporary video games is a major problem, a minor problem, or not a problem at all. Forty-five said it was a major problem, 44 percent said a minor problem, 8 percent said not a problem at all, and 2 percent were not sure.

Other highlights from the study included 60 percent of parents saying they "very closely" monitor the movies, video games, and music their children listen to with respect to violent content. Additionally, parents surveyed expressed faith in the movie and video game ratings systems, the MPAA and ESRB, respectively, with 68 percent saying the current systems do allow parents to make informed decisions about violent content.

Common Sense Media and the Center for American Progress commissioned the study, which was performed by SurveyUSA on January 4 and January 5. A total of 1,050 parents with a child under the age of 18 living at home participated in the study.

Respondents were selected at random, and all participants heard the questions asked identically. The margin of error for the study ranged by question, scaling from ±1.6 percent to ±3.5 percent.

US Vice President Joe Biden will meet with representatives from the video game industry today in Washington DC as part of a wider task force aimed at examining the role of violent media in mass shootings. The discussion around violent media has been reignited in the wake of the December 14 schoolhouse massacre that left 20 elementary school students and six adults dead in Newtown, Connecticut.

Nintendo Pokémon Direct - Pokemon X & Y

Penerangan dari orang nintendo sendiri mengenai Pokemon X dan Pokemon Y yang bakal dikeluarkan October 2013 di sesetengah negara seperti US, Europe, Australia. Pokemon X &Y ini bakal dikeluarkan untuk konsol 3DS dalam bentuk 3D. Nampak menarik tapi mungkin kurang menarik untuk mereka yg sudah dewasa. Tak pasti bila akan dilancarkan di Malaysia, mungkin lebih dari October 2013. Juga diterangkan dalam video, evolusi pokemon dari 1996 hingga sekarang.
