Protein shake recipe: blend the ultimate smoothie
Start
In a blender, combine 1 scoop whey protein powder, 1/2 cup plain yogurt, and 1/2 cup 2% milk or nut milk

Add Fruit
Pick 1 or 2 (fresh or frozen):
Banana, berries, pear, orange, apple, mango, pineapple (1 1/2 cups total)
